We guarantee that your product is made of high quality materials. Extensive quality controls guarantee that the product has been inspected before leaving the factory. Nevertheless, material defects cannot always be ruled out. If your new companion is not error-free, please contact our customer service within the warranty period.

On your product we provide a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase on all material and manufacturing defects. This manufacturer's warranty is granted without prejudice to the statutory warranty claims. The warranty does not cover cases caused by wear and tear or improper use. Within the warranty, manufacturing defects are rectified free of charge by us. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced by a similar model. Liability for incidental and consequential damages is excluded.
