We source our materials ourselves to maintain the best possible overview of the supply chain. In the future, our Sensil collection will be produced in small series as needed in a modern production facility in Bulgaria. The current stock is still 'Made in Germany'. Light stains on the Sensil fabric can be gently removed with a damp sponge and a mild liquid detergent, ideally formulated for synthetics.

Chrome-free tanned leather (LWG Gold)
For our Sensil collection, we use chrome-free tanned leather sourced from a tannery in Turkey that is certified with the Leather Working Group Gold rating. Chrome-free tanning avoids environmentally harmful toxins, while the LWG Gold certification ensures strict standards regarding water usage, energy efficiency, waste management and chemical handling.
Lightweight
The lightweight, functional nylon fabric is not only durable but also ensures an especially low overall weight. Thanks to its slim shape, the weekender can be comfortably carried under the arm or, when fully packed, worn easily over the shoulder or crossbody using the additional shoulder strap.
Forward-looking, bio-based nylon
Sensil® ByNature is a forward-looking, bio-based nylon. While conventional nylon relies on natural gas, bio-gas is fed into the mass balance process for Sensil production, reducing dependence on fossil resources.
