Our in-house designer creates all Souleway products with the aim of combining quality, sustainability and timeless design. Once all the features and design elements have been finalised, technical drawings are produced, which are then translated into cut parts for production.

Production in small batches
Prototype development
In co-operation with our partner production in Hamburg, the cut parts and processing techniques are discussed, tested and the first prototypes are produced. These prototypes are improved and finalised in consultation with the team if necessary.
Testing of new products
Before the prototypes are approved for series production, they are intensively tested for different loads and their practicability. If defects are identified during this phase, the product is returned to prototype development. There it is further optimised until it meets our requirements in terms of durability, function and design.
Production in small batches
To avoid overproduction, we forecast the quantities of new products rather conservatively. Especially when it comes to more extrovert colours or models. Our local production in Hamburg allows us to flexibly produce more products as soon as demand is foreseeable. So if product variants do not sell as well, we have fewer models in stock and can use the unused materials to manufacture other products.
