Right of Cancellation

Within the EU you have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving a reason. Here you can read our right of withdrawal.

You must pay the costs for the return of the goods (in accordance with EU consumer guidelines). Please therefore only send us packages with sufficient postage paid. The reason is that if we always bear return costs, we'd generally have to make the products a little more expensive. To avoid this and to offer all customers the best possible price, we have decided that return costs must be covered by the customer.

You can create a return label for the return via our portal. Click here to get to the portal. For the return label, we charge you 5.50 euros for return shipping from Germany, which we retain when refunding the purchase price. We charge 9 euros for returns from other EU countries.

Please write your name or the order number clearly visible on the outside of the package or enclose a note with that data.

After receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to you.
