Performance Marketing Manager (f / m / d)

As soon as possible - As a Performance Marketing Manager, you are jointly responsible for the overall success of Souleway and therefore bear a lot of responsibility. You should be numerical and keep an eye out for optimization potential in our campaigns. Together with you we would like to build Souleway into a successful urban travel brand.

What awaits you?

• You are responsible for planning, implementing and implementing new and optimizing existing performance campaigns with a focus on FB / IG and Google Ads
• Support our team in the areas of affiliate and email marketing
• You control campaigns independently according to specified goals
• Define and monitor relevant KPIs
• Create reports and analyzes independently
• Bring creative ideas to all areas of the company

What should you bring with you?

• At least 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce in the areas of FB Ads, SEA and Display Ads (ideally also SEO)
• Very good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
• Interest in brands and fashion are a plus
• Structured and independent way of working as well as high demands on your own work
• You like our products and love to travel
